2. Products All items sold by Western Preloved are preloved (secondhand) women's fashion. Each item is one-of-a-kind. Condition is accurately described in each listing. By purchasing, you acknowledge the preloved nature of our products.
3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Orders & Fulfillment Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We ship domestically within Pakistan via Leopards Courier. A tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
5. Shipping We currently ship within Pakistan only. Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier availability. Western Preloved is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns and exchanges. As items are preloved and one-of-a-kind, we encourage you to review measurements carefully before purchasing.
7. Accuracy of Information We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, measurements, and condition. However, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings.
