Return & Exchange Policy:

All preloved items are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges after delivery.

If an order paid in advance is cancelled before dispatch, the full advance payment will be refunded.

If the courier fails to deliver the parcel due to a courier service issue and the parcel is returned to us, the advance payment will be refunded in full. However, no refund will be issued if the parcel is returned because the customer refused delivery, was unavailable, provided an incorrect address or phone number, or did not cooperate with the courier.

Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Wash with similar colors. Avoid harsh chemicals. Dry in shade to maintain fabric quality.
